all right its going to be just a hopefully kind of a short video um updating my status with regard to my artificial disc insertion or replacement surgery back in september late september 2020 where i had the disc between c5 and c6 um replaced um with the artificial mobic disc um so again its been a little over a year and a half since that surgery and the main reason im doing this is that of all my videos um some of my videos regarding the neck surgery have been the most viewed i think a lot of people are considering that its you know relatively speaking kind of a newer procedure um i dont think theyre really doing lumbar disc replacements uh i think thats a little bit trickier so just a quick update on that um and all i can tell you is that for the most part and maybe in parts because i had another major lumbar surgery if youve seen any of my other videos but i would say i go days or weeks or even longer sometimes not even thinking about the fact that i had the c5 c6 disc repl
