To add a permanent signature block to your PDF file, first enable all features to use the document. Look for the "prepare form" tool on the right-hand side, adding it along with certificates, DocHub, and fill inside options. Select the form, click start, and place the signature block in the desired location within the document.

You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, select Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then select Insert.
