Today, we will learn how to sign a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in DocHub. To do this, you need to download DocHub from its original website for free. A digital ID is required to sign a document, containing information like your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In DocHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add digital signatures to documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, select signatures, click more for identities and trusted certificates, then add an ID. If you have a digital ID from your organization, you can add it by selecting the option to add the digital ID file.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
