About sending money Online payments. You can send money to an inmate/offender online using JPay.com. Over the phone. To send money to an inmate/offender over the phone just call: 1-800-574-5729. MoneyGram. If you wish to send cash you can use MoneyGram. Money Order. Lobby kiosk.
You can use your phone or computer to send emails letters, and photos to an inmate. Messages are sent electronically to inmate tablets or kiosks at the facility. If you would like to send an message, start by searching for an inmate at Oklahoma Department of Corrections .
You may send ONE form of payment (cashiers check or money order) from ONE person per envelope. You can call a toll-free number (866) 706-7225 to pay with a debit or credit card. There is an additional $2.50 convenience fee for each electronic payment to cover processing fees.
If an inmate asks you to put money on his book so he can make commissary purchases there are several ways you can do it; You can MAIL in a money order or cash. We highly recommend that you dont send cash through the mail.

How much does it cost to send an electronic message? You must purchase electronic JPay stamps to send electronic messages. Each electronic message requires one stamp to send, and each stamp costs $0.40. You can purchase stamp packages on JPay.com or the mobile app.
