When we want to print a table but do not want to print all the contents on one page, we can Insert a Page Break to break the table into different pages. First, click the amp;quot;Page Layoutamp;quot; tab. Click the amp;quot;Page Break Previewamp;quot; button to enter the amp;quot;Page Break Previewamp;quot; mode, where we can see only one page. Select a cell in the page break preview state and click amp;quot;Insert Page Breakamp;quot; to generate split lines on the top and left of the selected cell. Now the table is split into four pages. Click in your document where you want to insert the table of figures. Click References Insert Table of Figures. You can adjust your Format and Options in the Table of Figures dialog box. Click OK.
