Heres how: Within Bill Pay, select Settings located on the page header. Click Vendors and scroll through the list to locate the correct vendor. Select the Vendor then select Delivery Methods. Press the more options menu () to edit the delivery method you want (ACH Bank Transfer or Check Delivery).
Payee appears sometimes to be the Customer Name in the QB data set that QB can match to, but sometimes it is just random and sometimes it is blank when the Customer name is actually identical with the Payer.
Go to Payroll and select Employees (Take me there). Select the applicable employee. Select Actions (at the top right of the page), then select Additional pay. Select or search for the pay type you want to add.
Change the payee address listed on checks in QuickBooks Online Go to Sales, then select Customers (Take me there) Select the Customers name. Select Edit next to the persons name. Update the Address information. Select Save. If you reopen the check, youll now see the new address listed.
Go to Expenses, then select Vendors (Take me there). Select the Vendors name that you would like to change the address for. Select Edit next to the persons name. Update the Address information.
Go to the For Review tab and select the transactions you want to assign payees and categories. Youll only want to select the transactions with the same payee and category per batch. Click on Batch Actions and select Modify Selected. Select a Payee and a Category, and click Apply.
