Lets check this out. Here I am in Microsoft Word, and I want to add page numbers to this document. To insert page numbers, up on the top tabs, lets click on the insert option. Over on the right-hand side, lets click on page number and here we see several different options. We can insert a page number at the top of the page and here we can left align it, center align it, or right align it, and if I scroll down, we see a number of different options. To add page numbers: On the Insert tab, click the Page Number command. Open the Top of Page, Bottom of Page, or Page Margins menu, depending on where you want the page number to be positioned, then select the desired style of header. Page numbering will appear.
