Adding a Blank Page Go to the Pages Tab Insert Add Blank Page on the toolbar or use the shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + B (⌘ + Shift + B on Mac) This will display the Insert Blank Page dialog. Enter the settings you wish to use for your new blank page. Click OK to add the page to the document.
Adding Page Numbers to PDFs Open your PDF and click on the Edit PDF icon. from the tool list on the left. In the secondary toolbar at the top, click Header Footer then click on Add. In the dialog box that appears, select your desired settings for the position, style, and appearance of the page numbers. Click OK.
Print multiple pages or images on a sheet on Mac With a document open on your Mac, choose File Print. Scroll down in the Print dialog and click Layout. Do any of the following: Pages per Sheet: Choose the number of pages that you want on a printed sheet from the Pages per Sheet pop-up menu. Click Print.

Add a page to a PDF: Select the page you want to appear before the new page, choose Edit Insert, then choose Page from File or Blank Page. The new page is inserted after the current page.
