Steps to add page numbers to a PDF: In the top navigation bar, select Edit Number Pages. To select a PDF file and add numbers to it, follow one of these steps, and then select Continue. Choose a file from the Recents or Documents list. Add files from your computer or drag-and-drop them onto the highlighted area.
Select the PDF document to which you want to add page numbers. After Acrobat uploads the PDF file, sign in. Select where you want the numbers to appear on your PDF pages and the desired page range. Select Save to save your numbered file.
Follow the steps below to add page numbers to your PDF in docHub Pro. Open your PDF and click on the Edit PDF icon. In the secondary toolbar at the top, click Header Footer then click on Add. In the dialog box that appears, select your desired settings for the position, style, and appearance of the page numbers.
In the Headers and footers options, select the Page numbers checkbox. Choose the desired position for the page numbers, such as Top left, Top center, Top right, Bottom left, Bottom center, or Bottom right. You can also customize the appearance of the page numbers by selecting a font, size, and color.
Upload a PDF using the insert pages tool and sign in to Acrobat online. Use your cursor to select the desired insertion point and then select the file or files you want to add from the resulting dialogue box. Once the files are added, you can drag and drop the PDF pages to reorder them.
