To add a page, right click on the form in the Project Explorer and select Add Page from context menu or select Insert > Page > Add Page from the toolbar. Enter a page name in the Set Page Name dialog box and click OK. The blank page appears on the canvas and in the Project Explorer at the end of the form.
To choose a format or to control the starting number, go to Header & Footer > Page Number > Format Page Numbers. To change the numbering style, select a different style in Number format. To change the starting page number of the newly created section, select Start at, and then enter a number. Select OK.
To get a new page in Microsoft Word, go to the menu ribbon at the top of the page and click on “Insert”. Then select “Page Break”. This will start a new page for you to type on.
On the Insert tab, click the Page Number icon, and then click Page Number. Select a location, and then pick an alignment style. Word automatically numbers every page, except designated title pages. To change the numbering style, select Format and then choose the formatting you want to use.
Put the cursor on the page where the page numbering should start (that is, section two in the document). 5. Click on the Insert tab and Page Number. Select position and style for pagination.
Capitalize major words of the title. Place the main title and any subtitle on separate double-spaced lines if desired. There is no maximum length for titles; however, keep titles focused and include key terms. Place one double-spaced blank line between the paper title and the author names.
From the Epi Info main menu, select Create Forms or select Tools > Create Forms from the toolbar. The Form Designer window opens. Click the New Project button in the toolbar or select File > New Project....Enter a Form Name. Use only letters and numbers. Do not start a form name with a number. Do not use any spaces.

If you don't want a page number to appear on the first page, select Different First Page. If you want numbering to start with 1 on the second page, go to Page Number > Format Page Numbers, and set Start at to 0. When you're done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
To put a blank page into your Word document, place the cursor where you want the new page to begin and then click Insert > Blank Page. The blank page opens, ready for whatever you want to add. Another option when you need a little space is to insert a page break.
