hi this is karen let me show you how to add a calendar so the first thing i want to do is go to my account menu and say manage account go to the preferences tab make sure ive got public event calendars checked and then say save and then i need to go to my event schedule itself and ive got this little feed icon so i click that and that will give me the url to the calendar feed so im going to go ahead and copy that using that handy button and i will go to my gmail calendar and i can say plus and say subscribe to calendar from url all right and then i just paste in that url i just copied i can make it publicly accessible if im going to share it with other people which i might so im going to go ahead and add that and great so it says calendar added so now if i go back to the calendar boop theres my hearings and under this bill i can now have these options here to im gonna go to settings to change the name of it so i can make it um committee hearings okay and so ive saved that name
