Its a good idea to get a bill of sale if you intend to buy or sell an RV. This formal document serves as proof of ownership change from seller to buyer. It contains important details such as the names of the parties, the vehicles identification number, and the terms of the deal.
In order for the buyer to purchase your vehicle in Alberta, both parties must fill out a bill of sale. The recommended best practice is to write two original signed copies, one for the buyer and one for the seller. For the bill of sale to be valid, dont white-out any information out.
Texas Trailer Dimension Laws The total length of a trailer and the towing vehicle cannot exceed 65 feet, including bumpers. There is no law regulating trailer length alone. Height cannot exceed 14 feet, and width may not exceed 102 inches, excluding mirrors and safety devices.
