The Account Owner can add Account Managers to the Verizon wireless account: Visit the Account Management page in My Verizon or contact Customer Service after the account has been open for more than 7 days. In My Verizon, fill in the persons name, email address and mobile number. Choose Add Account Manager.
Can an account be in multiple users names (e.g., a roommate or married couple)? An Xfinity account must be a singular persons name, but you can have multiple users on an account.
Below are the instructions: First, you must sign in to your myATT account. Go to your Profile and select Account users. Choose your wireless account, if you have more than one account. In Authorized users, select Manage authorized users. Select Add an authorized user. Complete the fields to receive a verification code.
