Anyone fields are open to all recipients until content is added, at which time they become locked down. Everyone participation only applies to Hyperlink fields (everyone cant fill in the same field, but everyone should be allowed to click a link).
Log in to account and go to Send tab. Click the Add Recipient Group link at the upper right of the recipient field. Enter the group name and the potential recipients.
Participant 1 is the first person (e-mail address) you send the document to for either Signature or Approval. The trick to remember is that the role of the signer based on the order you enter then in the To: field on the Send tab. The first e-mail address in the To field will be Participant 1.
How to add fields to a document Start a new envelope and add documents and recipients as usual, and then click Next. In the recipients list at the top of the page, select a person to add fields for. Note: The fields you add apply only to the selected recipient and are color-coded to match the recipients color.
On the Prepare Form ribbon over the top of the document, click the icon for Add a digital signature field. Your mouse will turn into a light blue box for you to Left mouse click Drag a box Release.
Participant Role Determines which signing party should interact with that field such as Sender, Signer, Prefill, and so on.
