In QuickBooks Simple Start, you can create multiple invoice templates. You can customise invoices, but not other types of sales forms. All the tools you need to customise invoices are on the form itself: Create or open an invoice.

Customize your invoices Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser. Select Invoices from the menu, then select Create invoice. You wont create an actual invoice, this just opens the customization window. Select Customize.
You have one set of customizations that apply to all invoices. If you make a change, it applies to all invoices going forward. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser. Select Invoices from the menu, then select Create invoice.
Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window. Locate and select the image you want to use. Select Open.
Step 1: First, create a new estimate or invoice, or edit an existing one. Step 2: Scroll down to the Subtotal area where you will see an option for Markup. Tap or click the Markup button and a screen will appear where you can type in the percentage. Step 3: Enter the percentage and tap Done.
Heres how: Go to the Reports menu. Locate and select the report you want to customize. Click Customize. Choose the Header/Footer section and edit the name to include Draft. After you customize a report, select Save customization. Give your report a name. Select Save.
How do I edit the invoice template Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles. Choose the template youd like to customise, then click Edit. You can also click on New Style, then choose Invoice. On the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets, click either the Design or Content tabs.
