draftwatermark Put a grey textual watermark on document pages. The package provides a means to add a watermark (typically a light gray piece of text) on every page or on the first page of a document. Typical usage may consist in writing words such as DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL across document pages.
Select where you want the watermark to be on the page. Select Design Watermark right-click the watermark you want, and select Insert at Current Document Position.
In confidential documents, a watermark adds to their status or importance. It also implies an extra layer of protection. For example, a paper with a draft watermark would prevent people from interpreting it as the final copy.
Select Design Watermark.Remove a watermark by clicking the header area Double-click near the top of the page to open the header area. Put your cursor over the watermark until you see a 4-way arrow. Select the watermark. Press the Delete key on your keyboard. Repeat as necessary to remove all watermarks.
Right-click the watermark. Click Select watermark. Below the watermark, click Edit watermark.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation.

Add a DRAFT watermark Choose Design Watermark. In the Insert Watermark box, select Text, and then choose DRAFT.
