To set a field as mandatory in Ely Manager Plus for user creation templates, log into AD Manager. Navigate to the User Management section and click on the AD Management tab. Select "User Creation Templates" and create a new template. Enter the template name and drag and drop a billing attribute to make it mandatory. Hover over the attribute field, click the edit option, select the mandatory option for the security field, and click done; an asterisk will indicate it's mandatory. Save the template.
