hello everyone i hope youre all doing great in this short video i want to show you how you can add single letters or strings to each element in a list and i use this simple example to convert company ticker to bloomberg ticker symbols in python i dont want to make this too complicated so its just about adding behind this ticker symbol of apple the term u.s equity so we have here a list of items which are just the ticker symbols of these five big companies and then i want to add this term here this is just the bloomberg edition and here we just use a space so we have a space in between the ticker and the bloomberg edition so we just run that and in order to add a string for each element in a list we just use a for loop so we just say the element i in the list apple google facebook microsoft or amazon and then we add with a plus the bloomberg edition for each element i which we have here in the ticker list which is this list up here so we add for each element just the bloomberg editio
