Create 1 Order Per Quote Make sure that Allow Multiple Orders is not selected. Click Create Order on your opportunity or quote. You can also select Ordered on your opportunity or quote and then click Save. Complete the detail fields, and then save your changes.
Enable quote creation Under Advanced Settings, select Quote Settings. To enable creation of orders from quotes, set Enable automatic quote to order generation to Enabled. Select Save. Open a quote, activate it, and verify if the Create Order option is available on the command bar.
Create an Order Under Tasks, tap the create order item. Do one of the following: Tap Add All Products to Cart. Enter the quantity to order, and add it to the cart. Review the cart and verify the quantity, product value, and total order value. Tap Confirm Order.
3 tips to keep track of your quotes Organize your quotes by status or situation (pending, sent, received, contracted, canceled, etc.). Update the statuses. Follow-up on acceptances, cancellations or comments.
Steps: From the related list view on a quote that youre editing, click the Sort button and drag the items to the order you want. Note: You can sort quotes with up to 200 lines.
