Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can both get and use the brand new Microsoft Lists. Its now generally available and you can start taking advantage of it. And although its generally available, there are still many features rolling out, but thats a typical web product where over time, more and more value will be landing. First off, what is Microsoft Lists and what makes it unique? Well, just like the name implies, Microsoft Lists allows you to create lists to organize information. With those lists, you can share it with others and you can collaborate with others on those lists. Now, so far, that sounds like everything that you could do in a spreadsheet with a list. Whats unique about Microsoft Lists? Well, a few things. First off, you can visualize your data in many different ways. Once you get your data into a list, you could view it in a standard grid format, just like in Microsoft Excel. You could also view it in a card form

A related list on a form serves the purpose of providing additional information related to the form record and gives a quick overview of how the other records would be affected if something is modified in the current form record.
Click on Setup | Edit Page. Click on the Related List under the Related Tab.Move Next Step field from Available Fields pan to Selected Fields pan. You can also change the field order if required. To remove the field move it from Selected Fields pan to Available Field pan. Once youre done, click on the OK.
Select or create records in a related list. Configure when a related list loads. Create a default filter for a related list. Configure the edit option. Create defined related lists. Add incidents by same caller related list. Add fields to selections in a related list. Create a default filter for list selector records.
Instructions Open the main record in Default view. Then switch to Workspace view. Navigate to the related list. Open the related list in a new tab. Change the view of the list to Workspace. Click on configure list layout from the list header menu. Add/remove the columns you want in the list view. Save the list layout.
Navigate to Reports Create New. Use the below details. Add condition using these steps. Clear out all the selected columns except Task. Select Task [+] in available slush bucket and click [+] to expand. Scroll down to the bottom and select Category [incident] and add to select columns. Click Run. Save the report.
Log in to an instance. Navigate directly to a table. Tree picker. Add the tree picker attribute. Dot-walking to data in related tables. Configure items on forms or in lists using a list collector. Activity streams. Create a condition statement using the condition builder. Enable or disable an application menu or module.
Right click on header-Configure-List control-Personalize the columns and add the fields as per your req.
