Otherwise, turn it on by selecting File Options Customize Ribbon Draw. Choose Draw and select the Ink Editor pen. (If you dont have a digital pen enabled device and have a touch device instead, choose Draw with Touch Ink Editor pen.) Do any of the following to edit your document using natural gestures:
Adding an Ink Signature to Microsoft Word or Excel Documents Open a Word or Excel document. Under the Review tab, choose Start inking. Hover to the place on the page where you want to sign. Write your signature. When finished, choose Close ink tools, Select objects, or press the ESC key.
On the Design tab, select Watermark. In the Insert Watermark dialog, select Text and either type your own watermark text or select one, like DRAFT, from the list. Then, customize the watermark by setting the font, layout, size, colors, and orientation. If you dont see the watermark, click View Print Layout.
On the Draw tab, select the Ink to Text Pen tool. Start writing in an empty space near the location you want to add text to, and then write as you normally would. To quickly make updates and even apply formatting to the converted text, use the selection or editing gestures.
