Oh hi this is Nate with CMS and in this video I will be showing you how to replace the ink cartridge inside your postive machine the first thing we want to do is most customers have their scale sitting on top of the machine weamp;#39;re gonna take that off and just place it in the backside weamp;#39;re gonna do the same thing with the scale stand weamp;#39;re going to open up the lid on the backside of the postage machine and thatamp;#39;s gonna bring our cartridge into the remove position the cartridge sits in the middle here on the side of the cartridge thatamp;#39;s closest to the operator there is an unlock icon weamp;#39;re going to push straight down on that side and pull the cartridge straight up and out to replace the cartridge with the new one weamp;#39;re going to take our new cartridge weamp;#39;re going to be sure to remove the plastic caps from the printhead and also the tabs covering the printhead once weamp;#39;ve done that weamp;#39;re going to flip it
