In order to add the Resource initials in the Gantt Chart, go to the Format menu Bar styles, select the Text tab, chose in which side of the Gantt Chart you want to display the Resource name initials and select the Resource Initials field. Press OK and the Resource Initials will be displayed in the Gantt Chart.
Add resources to your project On the View tab, in the Resource Views group, choose Resource Sheet. In the Resource Name field, type a job title, material, or generic resource name. If you want to designate resource groups, then in the Group field for the resource name, type the name of the group.
How to sign or initial your form Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Reader, and click Fill Sign in the right pane. Click the Sign icon in the Fill Sign toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
In the Initials field in the Resource Sheet view, you type the initials you want to use for each resource. Remarks The default for the Initials field is the first letter of the resource name.
In the Assign Resources dialog, in the Resource Name column, select the resource that you want to replace. Choose Replace. In the Replace Resource dialog box, select the resource that you want to replace, and then choose OK.
Description The Resource Names field lists the names of all resources assigned to a task. If the length of the list exceeds 256 characters, the list is truncated and ellipses are displayed. You can view a full list of resources assigned to a task in the Task Form or Task Usage view.
In the Initials field in the Resource Sheet view, you type the initials you want to use for each resource. Remarks The default for the Initials field is the first letter of the resource name.
