Select all images in File Explorer or on your Desktop. Next, right-click on one of the selected images and click Print. The Print Pictures window will appear. From the Printer drop-down menu in the upper-left, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
How to resize an image Make sure you are in Edit Mode. Select your image so you can see the red border. Hold down your mouse button over one of the circles on the border. Drag your mouse cursor and you will see the outline for the new image size. Release your mouse button to resize the image in your PDF.
Save the image file to your desktop. Open the PDFelement window and resize it, so you can view your desktop. Drag the image to where you want to insert it in the PDF. Choose the Add as an Image option and the picture will be inserted into the PDF.
If you have PDFelement installed on your computer, you can turn multiple JPG files into PDFs with a simple right-click. Here is how it works. Select multiple JPG files and right-click them, on the drop-down menu, click on Create to PDF. The JPG files will get transformed into PDF and open on PDFelement.
To change the settings: Go to File Options Advanced Image Size and Quality. Apply the image size and quality settings to the current document or to all new documents. Click Do not compress images in file.
