Upload an Image Open the Files page. In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Content | Files. Click + Add File. Enter a descriptive file name for internal use, and fill in the other fields. Click Choose File, and select the image you want to upload. Click Upload file.
Click on the name of the Email Template you want to edit. Click on Edit HTML Version. Click in the body of the email and place your cursor where you want to image to appear. Click on the Insert an Image button in the Formatting Controls bar.
To use images in Templates, select the insert/edit image icon in the formatting options. From there, you can either browse your computer for a specific file, drag and drop an image, or add the source code URL for an image. Then, select okay.
