Survey respondents can now add images when completing the surveys. This feature is currently available only for checklist surveys. During survey design, select a question in the design tab and then select the runtime attachments flag for the question. This setting enables survey respondents to add images. In the visit, open a survey for which images are enabled for survey responses. You will see that the attachments icon appears next to survey questions. Click on the attachments icon and then click on Add to upload attachments. You will find the uploaded images in the Attachments tab under Surveys.

Inserting images: the process Open the CMS Editor for the desired editable region. Position the cursor where the image should be inserted in your text. Click the Insert/Edit Image icon. A dialog box will appear prompting you to provide further information. Click the Browse icon to select your image.

To add an independent image to a survey: Click the Design Survey tab. In the Build section of the left sidebar, drag and drop Image onto your survey. Upload an image from your computer.
In the File Resource dialog box, click on Upload.Double click on the file. The file is now listed. Enter text in the Alternative Text field. Click OK to insert the image into the Question field.
If Edit survey responses user rights are enabled, you will see an Edit Response option at the top of the screen when you open the survey. Clicking on this will allow you to edit survey responses and change the completion status.
