[Music] hi everyone thank you for tuning in to pace yourself today were going to talk about how to create the product image on the quote line level so when a sales rep is looking at their quote sheet they can see an image of the product so this is the image here that we put on the product record in the last video using the two fields that we created so the id which is referencing the document saved in salesforce classic and the product image link which is the formula field that creates a url to reference the image so now were going to have to create a new field but on the quote line object so go to our object manager for quote line and were going to add a new field so this field will be a formula and were going to show it as a text call it product image and click next so im going to use the insert field function im going to find the product and were going to reference the product image link field that we created in the last video always check syntax and add a description click t

Add Quotes to Pictures Simply go to Photo Edit and scroll to select the Text option. A box will come up in the center of your photo, and you can choose your text color, font, alignment, and even add a border or bubble. Try to pick a font and color that suits the quote and the image behind it.
When creating a new quote, while adding line items there are options to enter the name, description, quantity, and cost. To add a photo to go along with the line item, click the camera icon. You will be prompted to upload an image from your computer.
Upload an Image to your Quote Navigate to a Quote. Locate your Rich Text Field and double click on the field. - A rich text editor will appear. Select the Insert Image icon. Insert an image via file upload or web address. Enter text if needed and format it using the editor. Click Save.

To update or delete an item once it is created, click on the item in the list to open the item details. From the pop-up, make your changes and click Update to save those changes. To delete the item, click Delete in the bottom left corner.
Note: You can edit the email and text message templates for quotes and quote approvals, by going to the Gear Icon Settings Templates.
When previewing the email message, there are options for attachments along the right side of the email preview. If you would like to upload attachments such as photos to the email click Select a file.
