another feature that office 365 has recently added to forms is the ability to include pictures or videos with any of your questions so what you can do is come over to a question or create a new question click on it to tell you that youre in editing mode and if you click on this little tile next to the question area but says insert media and you now have two options you can insert an image or a video if we click on image you can do a search three different ways you can search Bing its right integrated right into forms so we have a Bing search here you can type what youre looking for or you can pick something from your onedrive space if you have pictures saved there or you can click upload and upload something that you have saved to your computer so Im going to do a quick search on Bing for something related to math and I can just click on it click Add and it will immediately include that picture as part of the question and again you can do the same thing with any of the other questi

Heres how: Download the mobile app on the iOS or Android device you want to use to snap the picture. Open the app and sign in. Tap Wages Income then Continue or Review/Edit or Pick up where you left off. Select Job (W-2), select Work on my W-2, and select Continue.
Tap Snap a photo of my W-2. Follow the instructions to optimize the image. When fully optimized, TurboTax will automatically snap the picture for you. Note: This picture wont be saved on your device, nor in your TurboTax account.
If you are filing electronically, then as long as you can read the numbers on the cellphone photo so that you can type them in, that should be fine. You dont send the actual paper to the IRS anyway, so it doesnt make a difference. If you are filing on paper, you are required to attach your W-2 to your return.
Click the file: W-2 Form for current year you are printing. pdf. A new tab will open and display your W-2. Right-click the W-2 form and select Print, or Save As (to save to your computer)

Some of the reasons you cannot import your W-2 are: Your payroll provider needs to be a TurboTax Import Partner. Your W-2 must be available for import. Most are ready by February 1 and some are disabled after the filing deadline.
To import your W-2: Open or continue your return in TurboTax. Using the search feature, search for W-2 and select the Jump to link in the search results. On the Well start with your W-2 screen, select Work on my W-2 now. Enter the 9-digit Employer ID Number from your W-2 and select Continue.
You can simply leave it blank. If you get errors when attempting to e-file with an empty box D, just enter any number in this format: 5 digits, space, 5 digits (for example, 12345 67890). The IRS doesnt care whats in box D because its use by payroll departments is optional.
