Hello, we are going to go through how to add product images onto a template. Lets go to this quote and add a product. Now lets right-click and click view product details. Now click documents and then new and then add your image in here. Lets go back to the details tab and click on images. Then in the drop-down, you will see all of the pictures you have added to documents. Choose which one you like, set it as default and hit save. Now lets save a quote with images template. To do this, go to tools and then print template editor v3. Scroll down until you see quotes and then scroll across until you see quotes with images. Then click save and give it a name. Lets close the editor and go back to our quote. Now click print and find the template we created. You can now see the product image on the template.

Switch to Salesforce Classic and navigate to the Documents tab. Click New, set the field values, and select the file to upload. On the detail page, check the Externally Available Image field, which indicates that the logo is available for HTML email templates (for letterheads). Click Save.
Click the image icon, click Choose File, and then select the image in your file directory. Click Open and then Insert. The image appears in the field.
To modify a quote template in salesforce go to Set up. Now Go to Customize=Quotes=Settings. When Settings in Quotes are selected a new window will be opened where we have to select the check box to enable quotes in salesforce. Select Save Button.
Paste the URL into the URL field, and then clickInsert. The image appearsin the field. You can resize it by dragging thesizing handles, which show the images height andwidth in pixels. Click OK.
Upload an Image to your Quote Navigate to a Quote. Locate your Rich Text Field and double click on the field. - A rich text editor will appear. Select the Insert Image icon. Insert an image via file upload or web address. Enter text if needed and format it using the editor. Click Save.
Provide a document name. Upload your image. On the document detail page, select Externally Available Image. This field indicates that the image is available for HTML email templates, such as a logo in a letterhead.
Click the image icon, click Choose File, and then select the image in your file directory. Click Open and then Insert. The image appears in the field. To resize it, drag the sizing handles, which show the images height and width in pixels.
Salesforce CPQ Quote Documents have a 2MB size limit, which includes both images and HTML markup.
