You can add images to Google Docs in several ways. Many people prefer to have Google Images open in a separate tab to search for their images. Once you find an image, click on it, then right-click to copy and paste into your document. Alternatively, use the ctrl-c and ctrl-v shortcuts. In Google Chrome, drag and drop an image by left-clicking and holding the mouse as you drag. Keep holding the left mouse button down until you pause over the tab with your document, then release the image. Google also allows you to upload your own pictures or search for them without opening a separate tab. Put your cursor where you want the image, choose insert image, or click the image button.
