all right in this video Im going to go over excuse me how to create some headings standardized headings in Microsoft Word in particular so you can then insert a table of contents okay so I have some sample here let me zoom in a little bit these are some generic headings and subheadings here so if I want to make this into an official heading all I have to do is go up to the Styles the Styles tab up here okay and if you notice as I page or mouse over these you see how the that watch the how the the actual text changes so heres heading one your setting to okay and you can go so on so lets do lets turn into heading one so if you just click heading 1 it changes into heading 1 its pretty much that easy now so I can just again I can highlight this and if I wanted to make this a you know the main heading I could do that but Im gonna make this a subheading so then we have heading 2 right now the issue is this doesnt its kind of difficult to distinguish these headings and subheadings so
