In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To start, make sure you are in the prepare form section by clicking on the more tools tab. Once in prepare form mode, click on the checkbox icon and customize the box as needed. You can preview the checkbox before finalizing it. To edit the checkbox, simply double click on it.
