this exercise is about quick parts and inserting fields into a document fields is a very big subject and were just scratching the surface here so first of all to do this go to the backstage by clicking the file tab and fill in these properties fill in title learning about quick parts and the subject is using fields which is a subcategory of quick parts and you wont see the subject category unless you have clicked show all properties then use your back arrow once you have those typed in come back here and you will now well youre going to save your document right now Im going to leave this one just for expediency youre going to come here put your insertion point there insert quick parts field you can insert the author name say ok your name will go in there click here insert the title so insert quick parts field and find the title field these are all in alphabetical order you can choose which formatting you like Ill just say ok oh you because youve saved this document the file name
