From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, then select Permission Sets, or enter Profiles in the Quick Find box, then select Profiles. Select a permission set or profile. Depending on which interface youre using, do one of the following: Specify the fields access level. Click Save.
Configure the Field Service permission set license From Setup, enter Permission Sets into the Quick Find box and select Manage Users Permission Sets. Create a New permission set. Give your new permission set a name and a description. Select the permission set license you need from the picklist and click Save.
