Adding comments using the Add Comments tool Click the options menu (), and choose Add Comments. Select a file you want to comment, and click Add Comments in the right pane.
Heres what to do: Open the PDF in which you want to add comments. Open the commenting ribbon by clicking Comment from the top menu bar. Click on the type of comment that youd like to leave. Enter your text in the comment box or draw the shape that you wish to add to the page. Save the document.
If you want to show the Comments pane when you open the PDF, then you need to enter docHub when you need to click on the Tools function button to find the Comments to open the Comment toolbar option. Then you can see the comments pane on the right.
Open a PDF in Acrobat and select the Comment tool. Add PDF annotations to your file. You can add text boxes and sticky notes, underline text, strikethrough content, highlight text, and more. Save your file.
Choose Tools Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane.
Insert special characters Using the Type tool, position the insertion point where you want to insert a character. Choose Type Insert Special Character, and then select an option from any of the categories in the menu.
If you cant comment on a PDF, its likely that the document has been secured by the creator to restrict commenting. Youll need permission from the owner to change these settings.

Click the Tools tab in the toolbar at the top of the window. Click the Edit PDF button on the right. Click Watermark and select Add.
