hi this is Ill show you how to create a drop-down where you can click on it and then URL will take you somewhere on the web now if youre familiar with URLs if you type it into a cell in Excel lets say for example I type WWE theyll automatically creates a hyperlink to it you can see that its changed color and if you hover over it it puts the HTTP dot a colon slash slash in there and when we click on it it will open up the your default browser and it will take you to the hyperlink that you go to so thats one way that we can have a hyperlink in there its kind of already embedded but let me go back if if we didnt want to have this like this maybe we want to create a list of hyperlinks and we didnt want it taking up a whole cell and we just wanted to drop down theres another way we can do that unfortunately we do have to have a source list that its kind of a drop-down but you dont have to have it all in different rows it basically thatll be your source file and you can hide it
