looks good okay lets start okay i need a bigger screen set anyway um just wanted to touch on um lisas you know with seasoned agents sometimes uh they dont like to work with leases because leases basically take the same amount of time whether youre listing or youre taking a client to find a property release its the same amount of time as a purchase deal and so a lot of the times this is one of the ways for um new agents to get involved with the the real estate process in general and with that what i mean is it gets you exposed to uh listing properties for lease uh taking out clientele to purchase a house even though with all honesty i mean especially in a buyers market leases are still harder to do than purchases uh because youre youre basically presenting a client to a landlord and there has to be an acceptance where um on a purchase side if youre if youre paying the price that the seller is is looking for you pretty much have the deal so with that im just going to go throu
