Open Visual Studio from Start - - All programs -- Microsoft Visual Studio. Then go to to File - New - WebSite then select Visual C# - Web application. After that specify the name i.e Filldropdownlist or any name as you wish and the location of the project and click on the OK button.
On the worksheet where you applied the drop-down list, select a cell that has the drop-down list. Go to Data Data Validation. On the Settings tab, click in the Source box, and then change your list items as needed.
