But thats a lot of work. It wastes paper and you need to have a printer. I dont even have a printer. Today Im going to show you how you could create an electronic signature, two different ways. One of them is using your phone where you sign your signature on the phone, and then well bring that onto our PC, so itll be digital all the way. The second technique, were going to sign our name, take a high quality photo of it, and then well bring that into the PC. So, Ill show you those two different ways. The simplest and most straightforward way to create a digital signature is to simply sign your name using a pen, take a photo of it, and upload it to a digital device.
Click the Signatures tab and add new to create an electronic signature. Choose from the menu of three different types depending on how you want to create your signature. If you do not want to purchase a digital certificate from a third-party certificate authority, or if you want to digitally sign your document immediately, you can create your own digital certificate by selecting the Create your own digital ID option in the Get a Digital ID dialog box.
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. Alternatively, you can choose Tools Fill Sign or choose Fill Sign from the right pane. The Fill Sign tool is displayed.
