if we want to move an appointment sometimes what we want to do is simply tag the appointment and move it tagging equates to cutting and pasting in a Word document for example in order to do this with periwinkles appointment who actually is standing in front of me right now and needs to move her appointment from December 18th to a week later and what I can do is I can simply right click and click on tagged or I can type the @ symbol which is which is shift 2 so if I click on tagged appointment I now can move over one week so the multiplier says one here Iamp;#39;m gonna click one week over I want the twelve oamp;#39;clock appointment in Margeamp;#39;s schedule once again I can right click or I can use quick keys whatever I wish so what Iamp;#39;m going to do instead of tagging this time which would be the equivalent of cut I now want to paste that appointment here so I can either hit the insert key I NS or some keyboards say insert or I can click this button here so insert appointme
