How to use the Tab Feature in WPS Office (Step By Step) Step 1: Begin with the document you wish to organize for more effective tab spacing., select the text using your mouse. Step 3: In the Settings drop-down menu, choose Paragraph. Step 4: In the Paragraph window, locate and click on the Tabs option at the bottom.
Heres how: Select the paragraph(s) you want to adjust. Go to the Home tab. Locate the Paragraph group, then click the arrow icon. In the pop-up menu, find the Indentation section. Now, make sure your cursor is in one of the paragraphs and click the box next to Special. Choose Hanging from the list.
