[Music] to add a new location to acid essentials click on the assets menu icon and click on locations any current locations will be listed here on the summary page if you have multiple sites you will be able to select the site that this location is associated with from the drop-down menu that will appear here click on the new button enter the location name if you are linking this location to an existing location use the path field to place the location in the correct spot in your hierarchy of locations for example if the administrative office is located in the main building click on the select location icon and then click the arrow icon next to main building rest of the fields in the general section are optional but we recommend filling out as much information as you can if applicable enter an address in the addresses section this is useful if you are using the map view feature of acid essentials if you are responsible for the location click on the select me icon to assign the location
