Meeting organizers have the option to end the meeting for all participants. If youre a teacher, for example, this is a great way to make sure your students dont hang around in your virtual classroom after youve left. In your meeting controls, select the down arrow next to Leave and then End meeting.
Double-click any meeting in the series. Click The entire series, and then click OK. Click Recurrence. Under Range of recurrence, click End by, and then enter a date prior to the next meeting in the series.
Create a meeting request in one of the following ways: From the Inbox, select New Items Meeting or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Q. From the calendar, select New Meeting or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Q.
Select your meeting in Teams Calendar, select Edit Series. Then select the drop-down menu for recurrence and select Custom. Modify your End date and Save.
Update a meeting Double-click the meeting on your calendar to open it. Change the location, start and end times, attendees, message, or other options. On the Organizer Meeting or Meeting tab, click Send Update.
To insert only the date, press Alt+Shift+D. To insert only the time, press Alt+Shift+T.
Go to Calendar in the navigation pane. Find the appointment in your calendar. Double-click on the appointment to open it. Change the start and end time (and date if necessary).
Update language, time, and date format Select Settings and more to the left of your profile picture at the top of the app. Select Settings General Language. Note: Teams will reflect the same date and time format as your devices language, date, and time settings.
