You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wont be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someones finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Each incorporators name and address. The names of each initial director. The corporations purpose and primary activities.
A stock certificate is a physical piece of paper that represents a shareholders ownership of a company. Stock certificates include information such as the number of shares owned, the date of purchase, an identification number, usually a corporate seal, and signatures.
Contact the states business regulation authority either in person or through the agencys website. Request verification of the incorporation by providing the business name. Corporation information is public record and is available upon request.
Articles of incorporation must contain (1) the name of the corporation, (2) the number of authorized shares, (3) the address of the initial registered office of the corporation, (4) the name of its first registered agent at that address, and (5) the names and addresses of the incorporators.
