hi my names Rachel Im part of the new customer support team our exact on this video were going to be showing you how to add in quick notes to service items under a test patient if you go to the chart screen create a course of treatment and put any service item on there when double clicking into the service item you have the option on the right-hand side to add in quick notes these can be used for multiple things for you exam notes emergency notes la antibiotics and different things to add a new one into the system at the bottom if you press +1 you have an option to put a description in underneath you have an option to also put a type this can be to limit it down to a specific different treatments hygienist visits exams or emergencies or you can use it to limit it for different dentists when thats added in on the service item you can use the Chevrons to the left and that moves the notes over
