Next, to add your electronic signature, click on Insert again, then go to Pictures, and select your saved signature image. Resize and position it as needed. To save your signature as a transparent PNG, right-click on the image and select Save as Picture. To use quick parts, click on Insert, then Text Group, and select Quick Parts. Choose AutoText, then Save Selection to AutoText Gallery. Finally, input a name for your signature and click OK. You can now easily insert your electronic signature whenever needed. Remember, this is not a digital signature for validation purposes.
