An addendum is an addition to a finished document, such as a contract. The most common addendum is an attachment or exhibit at the end of such a document. For example, a contract to manufacture widgets may have an addendum listing the specifications for said widgets.
What is an addendum? A Contract Addendum is a document that you use to add terms or make changes to an executed contract without invalidating the original. Rather than terminating a contract and starting over, you can create an addendum and update the existing agreement.
Simply state the discrepancy with specific details and the reason it occurred. Your addendum should be concise and straightforward. The more you say the more it sounds like an excuse rather than an explanation.
[Name], thank you so much for choosing me as your real estate agent! I value your opinion about what it was like to work with me, and I think other [buyers/sellers] would appreciate knowing what they can expect from me. Id like to ask you for the favor of writing a review about your experience with me.
A real estate addendum modifies an original lease or purchase agreement. Items in the addendum could reflect a change in the agreed-upon price, what is included in the transfer of property, what improvements must be made before the home is paid for, or any other agreed-upon requests or responsibilities.
An addendum is used to clarify and add things that were not initially part of the original contract or agreement. Think of addendums as additions to the original agreement (for example, adding a deadline where none existed in the original version).
A purchase agreement addendum, or amendment, is added to a real estate purchase agreement to expand or amend the agreements terms and conditions.Be sure to include the following: Purchase Agreement Effective Date (for reference); Buyers Name; Sellers Name; Property Address; and. Changes to the Agreement.
Answer: You can use an addendum to add or remove any Buyers and/or Sellers. Name the original parties at the top and add the names off anyone you are adding or removing in the body of the addendum. Each party being added or removed must sign the Addendum.
