in this tutorial we will learn how to combine multiple cells quickly in multiple ways so lets see how we can do that i have some data in column b and i want to combine these cells so quickly how i can do this what i will do i will write formula as equal to concatenate bracket star then transpose one more bracket star and then i will select the range and i will close both brackets at this stage i will select only transpose bar carefully and press f9 f9 is the key that we have to use at this stage and next step is in formula bar or within cell itself i will remove these middle bracket now we can press enter and we can see that all the values are concatenated very quickly we can copy this and paste a special as values but what about if we want to is use a space or semicolon or comma or anything between two values while adding all the cells so lets see how we can do that so i will write formula as equal to concatenate bracket and then same transpose formula one more bracket i will selec

Change the Comma Style Separators from Lakhs to Million format First, go to your system “Control Panel” and click on the “Change date, time, or number formats” link under the “Clock and Region” or “Region and Language” option. Click File > Options > Regional Format Settings. Click the regions drop-down, select a region, and then click Change.
To enable the comma in any cell, select Format Cells from the right-click menu and, from the Number section, check the box of Use 1000 separator (,). We can also use the Home menu ribbons' Commas Style under the number section.
We can use accounting Excel format in the “Number” format ribbon, select the amount cell, click on ribbon home, and select the “Comma Style” from the “Number” format column. Once we click on the “Comma Style,” it will provide the comma-separated format value.
Click the ribbon Home, right-click on the cell, then expand the default to show “Format Cells” dialog. In the Format Cells dialog box, on the Number tab, select Custom, then enter #,, “Million” where it says General. (Note: there is a space between the second comma and the double quotation mark.)
You probably just have an extra space before your second values or behind your first values, causing you to get a space.

ALT + HK is the shortcut key for comma style. Checking if decimal & thousand separators are enabled or not in Excel is necessary before working on comma style number format.
Click File > Options. On the Advanced tab, under Editing options, clear the Use system separators check box. Type new separators in the Decimal separator and Thousands separator boxes. Tip: When you want to use the system separators again, select the Use system separators check box.
