so good morning everyone and uh thank you so much for having us to your grand rounds and and for your interest in the topic of debriefing in your clinical environment and uh jenny and i will be talking with you interacting with you demonstrating with you about something were quite passionate about which is circle up a debriefing method for the clinical environment i um been teaching with jenny uh for over a decade shes my teacher and mentor and colleague and friend i was the senior director at the institute which is our faculty development and training arm at the center for medical simulation and until last month when i took on a new role as the director of innovation in education at the boston medical center so i switched my practice from brigham womens hospital where i had been for the last five years and uh and took on a new role so im just on the other side of town now and i remain quite connected at cms as a senior fellow teaching in our programs and doing scholarly work along
