so the standard purchasing workflow so the workflow in which I use to purchase materials or inventory starts with the purchase order so the first step is for me to do a purchase order then after I send my vendor that purchase order my vendor is going to put the product together put it in a box and ship it to me then when they ship it to me the next step to follow is to go from purchase order to receive inventory and then when I receive inventory I have two choices with bill or without bill so I use with bill when the existence of the bill the existence of the Accounts Payable the invoice from my vendor I have I have access to right so if I have already received the invoice from my vendor or have access to seeing what the bills gonna look like um then Im gonna choose inventory with tilt also if the person receiving the inventory also has access to that information now if the QuickBooks user does not have access to the bill and you dont want that inventory receiver to become an Account

Perform this procedure when you need to display a purchase order established by another requisitioner, using the ME23N transaction. Select ECC. At the top level of SAP, select. Select ME23N. Select ME23N SRM. Enter the PO Number. The most recent. Review the PO. View the Purchase Order History.
ME23N is used to display information about an existing purchase order (PO), such as whether the vendor invoice has been received and/or paid.
ME22N is a SAP tcode for creating and changing a purchase order. The user can input the PO number, managed by the system or manually, change the vendor, item and quantity.
Create Purchase Order In the SAP menu, choose Logistics Materials Management Purchasing Purchase Order Create Vendor/Supplying Plant Known. The Create Purchase Order screen appears. Enter the necessary data in the relevant screen areas. Check the data entered. Choose to save the purchase order.

Follow the menu path: Logistics Materials Management Purchasing Purchase Order Display. (SAP Transaction ME23) Enter PO # Select the line. Click on the Item Details icon (yellow puzzle piece). The requisition number will be listed in the Tracking No. box.
To view all invoices associated with a PO: On the My Invoices page, open the invoice in detailed view. In the Matching Summary tab, click View all Invoices for this Purchase Order link. The Invoices matched to this Purchase Order window appears.
